03. Pineapple Drink

Ingredients:

  •     1 liter of sparkling water
  •     1 lemon
  •     1 can of pineapple in its own juice

How to make it:

Bring the water to a boil in a pan. Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice. Add the sugar to the water and simmer it until it melts completely. Then add the lemon zest and take the pan off the heat. Pour the syrup into a pitcher through a sieve. Add the lemon and pineapple juices.
